Dragonair Process

I really like seeing how people go through artwork like this, so it's cool to see a process on one of your awesome pieces. ^^ The background shading and the highlight behind the Dragonair look really neat. I usually do shading second-to-last and background last, after drawing out everything else. It's interesting to see how people do it other ways.
